During our stay at Hipostel, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming vibe of the place. The hostel and shared rooms offered excellent value for money. The surrounding green area added to the natural beauty of the location. We couldn't resist indulging in the must-have pancake from the Tim Tim café.
There was a minor inconvenience regarding the door stoppers. Some guests unknowingly closed the doors loudly, causing disturbance.

We had a wonderful Easter stay! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with stunning views of the surrounding tea gardens. The on-site café was a highlight, offering delicious food and great vibes. We especially loved the grilled veg sandwiches and the friendly service. a great experience that we would recommend to others!
We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. there were some cleanliness issues in the dorm room and bathroom, with spiders crawling around and something biting us in the night.

Its location is a bit too close to the main market, resulting in constant noise and disturbance. Though the rooms are clean, they lack proper ventilation. the washrooms are small but clean with hot water available. the staff is cooperative and helpful in arranging sightseeing. the food in the in-house cafe is affordable but average in taste. the view of the tea gardens and mountains is exceptional.
It lacks proper ventilation in the rooms, making it stuffy and uncomfortable.

I loved the serene location of this hotel surrounded by beautiful greenery and tea gardens on either side. The Tim Tim cafe located inside the hotel serves delightful food at affordable prices and is a perfect place to connect with other travelers. The hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the main market and monasteries. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean, offering hot water and good quality bedding.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The complimentary breakfast was great! the location was very convenient for my business meetings. I really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi as well.
The cleanliness of the room was below average and the staff was not very helpful. the noise level made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
